Kate Moseley is a partner in the firm’s Finance Group in the Dallas office. She represents borrowers, financial institutions, private credit lenders, and underwriters in finance transactions and debt restructurings. Kate concentrates her practice on debt offerings, asset-based and cash-flow-based financings, fund finance, lender finance, leveraged buyouts, second lien financings, mezzanine financings, and debtor-in-possession and exit financings.
Kate regularly represents lead agents and borrowers in syndicated transactions and club deals and includes portfolio companies of private equity firms and private and public companies. She has extensive experience negotiating intercreditor arrangements and workouts. Her sector experience includes real estate, health care, media, technology, transportation, financial services, insurance, and retail.
