Gregg Loubier is a partner in Alston & Bird’s Real Estate Group in the Los Angeles office. Gregg concentrates on real estate business and finance transactions, including commercial credit, on-book and securitized commercial mortgage loans, construction finance, bridge lending, mezzanine lending and loan servicing, workout and resolution of distressed debt and exercise of creditor remedies, and acquisition, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of real estate assets.
Gregg is a frequent lecturer and author on diverse legal topics. He is recognized by Southern California Super Lawyers and by The Best Lawyers in America® in Real Estate Law. He is a Fellow and a member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
Gregg graduated from Hampshire College with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. He received his law degree from the University of California, Davis.
